Individual
Trained and certified as both a life coach and LCSW has enabled success in working with hundreds of clients. Utilizing a strength-based philosophy, conversations enable clients to understand and work through what limits them from living the highest quality life. In teaching college level psychology and human development, there is a deep understanding of human psyche and behavior to maximize change. With the social work lens taking a broad view and considering one's biology, history, and environmental influences, limitations for success are additionally worked through. Blending methods from CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, SFT, the Minuchin method, trauma-informed practices, evidence-based practices, psycho-education, and more - we are here to help you.
Youth
A variety of clinical experiences in working in schools, camps, youth programs, and adolescent therapy clinics has developed skills that allow us to help you navigate these tumultuous years of life. With the bulk of a child's waking hours spent outside the home, licensed as a professional educator and working as a school social worker enabled a clear understanding of the challenges one may face in these times, separate from what their family may see. In building a large network of referral sources and professionals, reach out with what your concerns are, and we can best direct you towards impactful solutions.
Post High School
Often the most distressing time period of life, due to the many transitions, decisions needing to be made, and most of all due to the limited supports available - we are here to help. Whether it be pre or post seminary coaching, Life planning & coaching post high school/seminary, Dating & relationship coaching, there are a lot of things to navigate in this time of your life, and you don't have to go at it alone. Whether you have a strong support system or not, utilizing a space that is exclusively focused on you is always beneficial. Not enough can be said for the level of need and support of those in this stage of life, and whether we are able to help directly, or put you in touch with those who can - you do not need to face these things alone, and you do not need to face these things with confusion.
