After working in over a dozen organizations and schools in various capacities, along with consulting businesses and individuals for the past 10 years, I seek to streamline your next project or event and allow you a truly stress-free experience.
Trained and licensed as a clinical social worker, as well as teaching college level human development and psychology, has allowed me to blend a deep level of understanding of human behavior with high level business acumen. Currently pursuing a doctorate in business psychology and consulting, I am constantly looking to learn more and grow my skills to better help you, the client.

With a 'strength-based model' being the lens in all I do, I found it confusing that in all the places I worked/volunteered, a person needed to possess so many skills outside their job description. Biology teachers needing to act as graphic artists, therapists needing to act as accountants, sports coaches needing to act as marketers, and so on. A strength-based model enables those to function each day in a job that requires the skills they possess and with the strengths they already have.
Unfortunately, with the limited resources of many companies and more often in non-profit organizations, one is required to do tasks outside their wheel-house, or on top of the work already spreading them too thin. I seek to rectify this by enabling you to outsource your special projects, fundraisers, and events, and allowing me to help you make the often tedious and frustrating process into an easy and exciting one.

A myriad of experiences has enabled me to become proficient in the Google Suite, Office 365 Suite, Adobe Suite, and many other workplace apps and platforms. I am a quick learner and can easily adapt to your business's existing infrastructure while simultaneously streamlining it. Whether your project is already in process or your event is just a thought, I can jump in at any point and enable your success.
