Having worked for over a dozen organizations in various capacities, I strive for efficiency and effectiveness in all that I do. Trained formally as a therapist and teacher, the part-time nature of those jobs has led to an array of experiences that have grown my administrative and business acumen. Back in school for business psychology, I enjoy streamlining business functioning to allow optimal employee success and satisfaction.

With the nature of non-profit organizations allowing opportunities outside one’s official job title, I enjoy the challenges that may arise. These opportunities allow for practicing research-based interventions and continuing growing my knowledge and clinical skills.

I appreciate coupling my education and experiences to drive the success of whatever task I am presented and contribute however I can to the successes of those around.
